The Renaissance Commons, located on Gateway Boulevard and Congress Avenue in downtown Boynton Beach, considered to be a high profile retail shopping center, will soon be home to Pizza Rox, a brand new casual artesian pizza restaurant. As reported by The Real Deal South Florida Real Estate News, Pizza Rox just entered a 10-year lease agreement with Wells Fargo, the shopping center’s landlord, after determining this venue was the ideal place for its South Florida flagship location. The 3000 square foot restaurant space is scheduled for an August 2015 grand opening.
Renaissance Commons, built in 2007, is a mixed-use development complex, home to over 300 apartments, townhouses, and offices, as well as numerous retail shops and restaurants and a self storage facility. The ability of Renaissance Commons to attract a new long term business investment of this kind – to be the site chosen by Pizza Rox to house its flagship location – reflects the desirability of Boynton Beach in general and its many commercial real estate market opportunities in particular.
