Ian M. Berkowitz has spent his professional career assisting businessmen and women start, expand and grow their businesses to their full potential. He rolls up his sleeves and works directly with his clients to develop and implement short and long term goals to ensure their success. lan’s clients are small and medium size businesses seeking to establish themselves as well- managed, well-organized profitable businesses. Mr. Berkowitz is presently a business advisor to foreign businesses seeking to do business in the U.S. and U.S. businesses seeking to do business overseas. In addition, he assists financial institutions identify companies for investment and/or acquisition candidates. His focus has been working on business opportunities with and for clients in the United States, Israel, the Middle East, Europe, the Caribbean, and throughout the Latin Americas. He also advises domestic clients on matters relating to business financing, federal procurement, government contracting, small business assistance programs and minority business programs.

Boynton Beach corporate attorney Ian Berkowitz began his service for the federal government in the disaster assistance division of the U. S. Small Business Administration in Miami, Florida. Ian organized and supervised the Agency’s 250+ employee legal department during Hurricane Andrew. He was also a clinical intern for the Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee. Ian M. Berkowitz is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States Supreme Court Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, his Juris Doctorate from Nova University and his Master(s) in Government from the John Hopkins University.
