As reported by the annual RealTRENDS/Wall Street Journal ranking, which lists the top 250 national agents, the top agent in Palm Beach County sold almost $234 million in sales, with the next highest ranked Palm Beach County agent handling $219 million in total sales. Further proof of this hot niche mansion market in the County is the recent purchase of a Jupiter Island mansion by cable industry billionaire, John Malone, for $38 million.
